Tapping in the Power Of Your Unconscious Mind

Research has shown that we only use an average of 10% of the full capacity of our mind power. This means the remaining 90% of your full potential remains untapped. Can you even imagine what you’d be capable of if you could access even a small portion of that remaining potential?

What is meant by ‘power of mind‘? There are people who can do this, of course, and scientists have known for quite some time that there are people around who can access their unconscious minds and manifest various abilities, perceptions and strengths. This includes abilities that fall into the range of extrasensory or psychic abilities.

The emergence of these abilities in some people doesn’t make them special or different. Every human being on the planet has the ability to access portions of the unconscious mind to tap into various powers and gifts.

Unfortunately, what happens is that most people don’t even know these abilities exist, so they remain latent. That unused 90% of your potential is there, but it’s latent, dormant.

The key to unlocking your full potential lies in finding a way to free those latencies and access the power behind the unused 90% of your unconscious mind. You may find you have the ability to manifest those things you desire most in life. You could also find that powers such as telepathy, remote viewing, telekinesis, precognition, levitation and other aspects of your mind could be unleashed.

There are several ways you can accessing your unconscious mind and begin to release the latent abilities hiding inside you.

Affirmations are one great way to do this. Affirmations simply tap into your unconscious mind, which is so very, very powerful. Every choice you make, everything you do, comes from a thought that originally manifested in your unconscious mind. It is processed and then moved into your conscious mind, where you can then act on the information in question.

Affirmations work because you can repeat positive messages or phrases to yourself several times throughout the day; do this often enough, and your unconscious mind eventually picks those things up, brings them to your conscious mind, and puts them into reality. Through this, you can literally change conscious thought processes from negative to positive, and literally change your life. Your desires, in other words, can truly be manifested in this way.

So for a moment, let’s take a look at what you say to yourself. Do you say, for example, ‘I can’t afford it,’ or ‘I’ll always be fat,’ or, ‘I don’t deserve to be happy’? You can take what you say to yourself and change it to something positive so that ultimately, your unconscious mind will pick up on it and begin to make it happen in a positive way.

Visualization, too, is a technique that can work to change your life by allowing you to tap into your unconscious mind. More than simple daydreaming, visualization is you taking charge of what your unconscious mind gets for its messages, as opposed to the randomness that is daydreaming, often.

So, do this. Visualize, truly picturing yourself as you want your life to be. What do you want in your life? What do you want in your relationships? What level of abundance do you want to be living at? Visualize all those things with you enjoying them as already present. Do this long enough, and your unconscious mind will eventually take those images and begin to bring them to fruition, to make them happen for you.

Hypnosis, too, is a good way to access your unconscious mind and may be the easiest. Hypnosis has given very positive results to people who wanted to lose weight, increase self-esteem, attract success, or quit smoking, as just a few examples.

Self-hypnosis is a form of hypnosis that can be very easy and very quick; with this, you can develop your own mind powers at your discretion. You can listen to recordings of hypnotherapy sessions and reinforce the affirmations so that they go to your subconscious mind.

The Power Of The Mind and How You Can Change Your Life

The power of the mind has paved the way to success for so many people. Throughout the history, people have achieved happiness and lucrative businesses and careers with their strong motivation and solid personal conviction, which are incidental elements of the power of the mind.

Did you ever think about your own mind power? Did you know that your mind can control the outcome of your life? Did you ever consider it to be very influential in ensuring the success of your aspirations in life? If not, then you have to start a long and interesting learning experience in determining the connection of your mind to your ability to conquer your goals in life.

One thing about developing the power of mind is that it demands dedication and hard work. Simply thinking and itemizing the things that you wanted and desired in this life will not work. Make all the good things come to you by developing your mind power. Visualize the things that you wanted and imagine living them out. To make it clear, the power of the mind is not magic. It promotes a state of being in control with your life’s outcomes.

Consider the way you picture your life to be years from now. In your mind, you unconsciously develop a whole reality with everything that is in it revolves around everything you wanted. With mind power, you indulge yourself to these thoughts, setting it as a motivation to work your way to make that world happen. With this kind of visualization and positive affirmations, you increase the strength of your positive mind power.

Take some time out of each day to meditate for at least 30 minutes. During this time, feel free to use all of the techniques necessary in order to live the life you dream of.

Maintaining a journal is helpful to someone who is working out his mind power. This allows him to keep track of his goals as well as his progress so far. This should work great to people who wanted to lose weight. Believe that you can be thin and that you are thin, this will make that reality not so hard to achieve.

Meditation opens the doors for the subconscious to understand the power of the mind. With the help of self-hypnosis techniques, you can meditate and explore more of your mind power.

Practicing positive affirmations during your meditation is highly recommended. Be committed to the good things that you see and acknowledge every positive change that happens in your life. This should give you enough motivation to go on and strive to successfully reach your goals in life.

If you are having a difficult time with it, meditate on it. Use positive affirmations such as ‘I am a very motivated person and I can do anything’, ‘I am focused and full of energy’, and ‘I am very ambitious and will be able to obtain everything that I desire’. Say these things aloud, to yourself, and say them when you are meditating.

When you do visualizations, paint a picture of your desires, needs and wants in life. Paint this picture in your mind. Imagine yourself living that life for that life can be yours.

If you are currently suffering strings of bad luck, that could b a sign that you are full of negative energy. Bad luck is a manifestation of bad thoughts clouding your mind power to attract positive energies. Thankfully, mind power is powerful enough to help you rise above any circumstance that you are in.

You see, positive attracts positive and negative attracts negative. The power of the mind can be both negative and positive. Only you know what you want. It’s all about how you see yourself and your life. The power to change is up to you. All you have to do is put your mind to good use and make your dreams come to life.

Have you ever wondered how you can harness the power of your subconscious mind to make improvements in your life?

It may seem complicated, but it is really all a matter of how you think. There is the conscious mind, which is what most people are familiar with, and then there is the subconscious mind, where all of your hidden thoughts, dreams, and powers – yes powers, lie.

Every day you wake up you are exploring your subconscious mind power. Many people remain ignorant of this fact, but your subconscious mind can help you change and improve your life without your even being aware of it.

For instance, imagine someone who grew up being forced to believe that they were an overweight loser. That person would then suffer from a series of weight problems and low self-esteem, which in turn would lead to a life of few friends, missed opportunities, and significant unhappiness. How did this happen? It happened because that is what the person believed would happen.

It all starts with the power of your subconscious mind. You can convince yourself that you deserve nothing just as well as you can convince yourself that you deserve everything you want.

Once you sit down and tell yourself that you deserve to get what you truly want, then you’ll soon start to get it. Look in the mirror and tell yourself, “I deserve that good job, I deserve to be happy, I deserve a good house, nice car, and everything else!” and truly make yourself believe it, you will soon find yourself receiving it.

It may seem like magic or madness, but it’s not. How is it that simply by believing that good things will happen to you makes them come true? First, you have to realize what it is you truly want out of life.

Try making a list of what you want. Make a list of everything, from what you want to look like to everything you’ve ever wanted to have. The next step is the simple one: Make yourself believe that you are the person on that list.

When you have unleashed the power of your subconscious mind, getting what you want is simple. This simple belief in the power of your mind has worked for millions of people around the world. It’s so simple that many people discount it, and doubt it works, but by believing in good things, good things will start to happen.

How is it that this method is so effective? It’s because this technique forces you to change your actions. Think about times in the past where you expected a negative outcome to occur, and how it invariably came to pass. If you spend your time thinking about how worthless you are or that you don’t deserve anything, then clearly you won’t be motivated to succeed at anything. Furthermore, you’ll be attracting negative circumstances and people into your life that will continue to drag you down.

Open yourself up to the power of your subconscious mind every day. It may not be easy at first to change the way you have lived your life, but that’s only because you haven’t had practice in being happy and open.

In only a little while, your state of mind will completely transform into something much more positive, and your entire outlook will become brighter. What you will end up with is a life full of opportunities, positive people, an outgoing personality, and ultimately, the life that you want.
