<p> </p>
<p>Most of us who study Yoga have been taught that an abundance of Prana (vital air or vital energy), can be found at the ocean, lakes, large open fields, and in the mountains.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Although the air is different, this same energy can be found where people assemble for a positive reason. For example: when people assemble to meditate or pray.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>You can feel it in your home, at a church, mosque, temple, shrine, ashram, seminar, martial arts hall, etc. This is when people bond in a mass for the common good. The energy can be used to help humanity and our little planet for the best.</p>
<p>You can project this energy outward by acts of kindness every moment of your life. This is not to say, you allow yourself to be abused. You can be kind to everyone who comes into your life, without becoming a &#8220;doormat.&#8221;</p>
<p> </p>
<p>You have influence over a limited number of people who you see in a day. Why not make every contact a harmonious and positive experience?</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Some examples would be:</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Stop making foul gestures, becoming angry, and swearing when another driver on the road has irritated you.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Don&#8217;t take advantage of respect with anyone.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Treat everyone as special &#8211; no matter what their economic status.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>In regard to your next question: What is the mystery behind attracting positive energy?</p>
<p> </p>
<p>To be honest, there isn&#8217;t one, but I will give you the formula.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Firstly, you have to realize that you have infinite potential, and it comes from within. You also have unlimited potential from the outside, when you engage in prayer, and meditation, on a daily basis. Prayer and meditation will positively charge you, and you will contribute to the benefit of others as a result of it.</p>
<p> </p>

<p> </p>
<p>The following ideas will cultivate positive energy around you.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Make it a point to wake up in the morning with excitement and say hello to everyone you come into contact with. This goes for the security guard, janitor, maid, garage attendant, cashier at the store, and anyone you may overlook in the course of your day.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Stop criticizing your family members, co-workers, friends, and associates.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Be diplomatic first, before giving any advice.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Let your family know that you love them everyday.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Be sincere and treat everyone as important.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Take time to give to people. This doesn&#8217;t have to be expensive. You could give a sincere compliment, a card, a letter, or flowers.</p>
<p>Become a trustworthy partner with family, friends, co-workers and associates.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Set goals &#8211; whether they are tangible or not. It is a healthy practice to have goals at any age.  The final results will be that your positive energy will attract positively charged personalities and successful people will seek you out. If this is a major change for you, it will not happen overnight.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Let me share a related Zulu saying: &#8220;Patience is an egg that hatches great birds.&#8221;</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Why should you become an eternal optimist?</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Every one of us has a choice. When you fall down, you must pick yourself up. You can&#8217;t blame life&#8217;s hurdles or obstacles &#8211; you have to find solutions to get over, around, under, or through them.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Focus on your past achievements and learn to be happy with yourself. Everyone has failed, at some point, but we must constructively learn from our past experience.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Your individual approach, to life&#8217;s daily obstacles, is the gateway to success or failure. Therefore, success is a matter of choice.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Building Positive Energy</p>
<p> </p>
<p>In relation to what most of us see as possible &#8211; success is unlimited. When primal man first discovered fire, could he imagine the concept of a forge? When modern man discovered the forge, could he imagine sky scrappers?</p>

<p> Healing by energy is also done this way. This type of healing is done in zones. Doing it in a meditation is easier when you are healing yourself &#8211; you can use a guided meditation for best results. The benefits are tremendous.</p>
<p> Mediation is a great alternative to antidepressants, but it is not cure all. Individuals should always consult their doctors before taking them off of their medication. For a quick energy boost, however, energy meditations do a world of good. You will find yourself less bogged down by stressful baggage, and you will feel physically healthier as well. If you haven&#8217;t heard of the Law of Attraction, no problem. It&#8217;s very easy to understand, actually. It&#8217;s quite similar to positive thinking, and basically embodies the idea that if you want a positive life, your thoughts must be positive, too. In turn, this can attract all things related to happiness and wealth into your life.</p>
<p> The <a href="http://www.abundance-info.com/law-of-attraction/">Law of Attraction</a> isn&#8217;t a new concept and in fact has been around for a long, long time. It really works. When you think positive thoughts, the Law of Attraction isn&#8217;t far behind. Think about this for a minute. Do you know someone who seems to &#8216;have it all,&#8217; and is relaxed, carefree, and comfortable in his or her own skin? That&#8217;s because they live by the adage that positive thoughts mean positive things. In other words, if you think negative thoughts, that&#8217;s what you&#8217;re going to attract. Do this all day, every day, even if you don&#8217;t feel like it&#8217;s &#8216;true.&#8217; These are positive affirmations, and they can help you fix any problems you might be having.</p>
<p> So for example, you might say, &#8216;I am confident and beautiful,&#8217; &#8216;I love people and they love me,&#8217; &#8216;My choices are unlimited, and opportunities abound everywhere,&#8217; and so on. Choose a few affirmations that encapsulate what you want to be, and say them throughout the day, every day.</p>
<p> This type of affirmation work is especially important when you don&#8217;t feel like doing it, by the way. The Law of Attraction works on this, too. If you become discouraged, frustrated, sad or angry, don&#8217;t worry about it, but change your attitude as soon as you recognize it and think of something positive. You&#8217;ll ultimately need to change the way you deal with life and banish negative thoughts in order to use the Law of Attraction to your best benefit and to be fulfilled in your life.</p>
<p> In fact, your mind is the only thing stopping you from having whatever you want. Do you think you can&#8217;t have abundance and happiness? Why not? Other people have it, right? If they have it, you can, too. Get off the &#8216;negative,&#8217; and begin to dwell on the &#8216;positive.&#8217;</p>
<p> The key is to go with the flow. At any given moment, you must be completely convinced that there is positive energy flowing into your life in some way or another.</p>
<p> Once you begin to realize that the Law of Attraction and happiness are so interrelated, you&#8217;ll also see that things will begin to come together in your life.</p>
<p> If you are feeling bad, then you are going to be motivated in a negative way. You might end up listening to a depressing song, watching a depressing movie, and calling up some of your negative friends. Eventually, people who are negative subconsciously build a life of negative circumstances without even realizing it.</p>
<p> The wonderful thing is that you can remove bad luck from your life by using positive affirmations and law of attraction techniques. The worst thing you can do is give up. Continue to reassure yourself that you are the happiest person alive and watch the opportunities come pouring in!</p>

<p> Some examples of positive affirmations include: &#8216;I am friendly and love people, and they love me back;&#8217; &#8216;I am grateful, and find MORE reasons to be grateful everyday;&#8217; or &#8216;Opportunities are endless and I have unlimited choice in the world.&#8217; Choose several affirmations to use throughout the day, every day.</p>
<p> You should especially use the affirmation and law of attraction tactics when you don&#8217;t feel like it. Make it a point to say something positive each and every time you become frustrated, discouraged, angry, and sad. You need to flush out all of your previous negative beliefs and ways of thinking if you want to live a fulfilling life.</p>
<p> In fact, your mind is your only to limitation to having the life you want. Do you think you can&#8217;t live a life that&#8217;s happy and abundant? Why not? Other people have certainly done it. Dwelling on the negative is only going to get you more negative, so don&#8217;t do that.</p>
<p> In addition, learn to &#8216;go with the flow.&#8217; That&#8217;s important because positive energy flows, and if you know this, it will flow in your life in one way or another.</p>

<p> Clear your home and your surroundings of anything that gives off negative vibes. <p> Universal laws are immutable and extraordinarily powerful. If you can harness them, there is no telling what you can accomplish. And it is possible to harness the universal <a href="http://www.abundance-info.com/secret-law-of-attraction/">secret law of attraction</a> with just the power of your mind.</p>
<p> Your mind is actually a very powerful tool for achieving your goals. Perhaps you were told to visualize the ball going into the basket when you were learning to shoot free throws. This in its simplest form is <a href="http://www.abundance-info.com/the-law-of-attraction/">the law of attraction</a>.</p>
<p> The universe is full of forces and vibrations. Many of these have already been discovered by scientists. They are incredibly powerful forces that shape our physical lives.</p>

<p> Since you have the powers of the universe backing you up, it shouldn&#8217;t be that long before you have achieved your goals. Even though mental training can be somewhat difficult, if you are looking for a method to turn your life around focus your energy on the law of attraction.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Namaste yoga represents a style of yoga based on the Hatha Vinyasa yoga practice. The meaning of the word namaste comes from the Indian greeting and it can be translated as follows: nama means bow, as it means I, and te means you; therefore namaste literally means I bow to you. It is a form used when greeting someone or when departing. As for Namaste yoga, the practice focuses on the importance of breathing; the breath is the guide and the<img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-89" title="kids yoga" src="http://www.calmingkidsyoga.org/CKBlogs/wp-content/uploads/2008/12/lotusflower.jpg" alt="lotusflower" width="218" height="227" /> body follows on the lines imposed by the breath. When greeting with namaste, the hands are placed together in front of the eyes while, bowing the head, and afterwards the hands drop down to the heart. The gesture implies a profound form of respect. Westerners perceive namaste in a different way than it is performed in India: westerners would say the word Namaste while making the gesture described above, while for Indians the gesture itself carries in it the word, making it unnecessary to pronounce the word while bowing.</p>
<p>Namaste yoga is often included in the practice of other yoga styles. The gesture namaste, the salute per se, is believed to enhance the divine love flow; when one closes the eyes and bows, he/she surrenders the mind to the divine in the heart. Ideally, Namaste yoga is a popular practice that opens and ends a yoga session, but it is usually done before completing the work routine, because it is considered that the mind and the body are more at peace then, not to mention the higher level of positive energy in the room.</p>
<p>The core of Namaste yoga is combined with the principles of Gautama Buddha, biggest Indian guru and the founder of Buddhism. Hence, a general consideration for all yoga styles is that the practice is more than a way to stay flexible or in good physical shape, as it is rather a way of life. Nevertheless, this doesn&#8217;t mean that one cannot benefit from Namaste yoga from the point of view of the physical fitness alone, it only means that if one gets interested in Namaste yoga, one will develop other preoccupations beside the immediate external reality. The yoga instructor offers Namaste as a token of respect and acknowledgment for the students, and in return invites them to connect with their lineage starting the energy flow from their hearts. It is rather difficult to properly perform various yoga positions, it requires practice until one is able to perform them with minimal effort.</p>

<p> If interested, use the following technique to become one with all of this energy and get in touch with your inner psyche in the process. The inner psyche can also be called your imagination or even the core of your existence.</p>
<p> First, seat yourself in a comfortable location. Then close your eyes while taking slow deep breathes for 2 to 3 minutes. Think positively while doing your breathing to pull up your <a href="http://personaldevelopmentreviews.org/core-energy-meditation-review/">positive energy</a>. Think about all the things you are grateful for and how you are so happy to be alive. </p>
<p> Imagine that everything that exists is only energy, including the room you are currently in, the floors, food you ate earlier, absolutely everything. All of these things have combined to become one solid energy field of light. It can be a white light or some other color if you wish. </p>
<p> Now, imagine that you become one with this same white energy. As your body fades it becomes completely one with this energy. You will feel yourself starting to become at peace as if you know the answer to all the worlds questions. Almost as if you finally know where you really came from and what your purpose here on Earth is. </p>
<p> Once you are at this point of complete peacefulness you can begin to imagine all of that energy returning to its former state. This mental process assists in bring your mind back to the conscious world your body is in. Lay still for a few moments afterward with your eyes closed before getting up to fully bring yourself back to this physical world. </p>
