Cultivating Positive Energy
Most of us who study Yoga have been taught that an abundance of Prana (vital air or vital energy), can be found at the ocean, lakes, large open fields, and in the mountains.
Although the air is different, this same energy can be found where people assemble for a positive reason. For example: when people assemble to meditate or pray.
You can feel it in your home, at a church, mosque, temple, shrine, ashram, seminar, martial arts hall, etc. This is when people bond in a mass for the common good. The energy can be used to help humanity and our little planet for the best.
You can project this energy outward by acts of kindness every moment of your life. This is not to say, you allow yourself to be abused. You can be kind to everyone who comes into your life, without becoming a “doormat.”
You have influence over a limited number of people who you see in a day. Why not make every contact a harmonious and positive experience?
Some examples would be:
Stop making foul gestures, becoming angry, and swearing when another driver on the road has irritated you.
Don’t take advantage of respect with anyone.
Treat everyone as special – no matter what their economic status.

To be honest, there isn’t one, but I will give you the formula.
Firstly, you have to realize that you have infinite potential, and it comes from within. You also have unlimited potential from the outside, when you engage in prayer, and meditation, on a daily basis. Prayer and meditation will positively charge you, and you will contribute to the benefit of others as a result of it.

The following ideas will cultivate positive energy around you.
Make it a point to wake up in the morning with excitement and say hello to everyone you come into contact with. This goes for the security guard, janitor, maid, garage attendant, cashier at the store, and anyone you may overlook in the course of your day.
Stop criticizing your family members, co-workers, friends, and associates.
Be diplomatic first, before giving any advice.
Let your family know that you love them everyday.
Be sincere and treat everyone as important.
Take time to give to people. This doesn’t have to be expensive. You could give a sincere compliment, a card, a letter, or flowers.
Become a trustworthy partner with family, friends, co-workers and associates.
Set goals – whether they are tangible or not. It is a healthy practice to have goals at any age. The final results will be that your positive energy will attract positively charged personalities and successful people will seek you out. If this is a major change for you, it will not happen overnight.

Every one of us has a choice. When you fall down, you must pick yourself up. You can’t blame life’s hurdles or obstacles – you have to find solutions to get over, around, under, or through them.
Focus on your past achievements and learn to be happy with yourself. Everyone has failed, at some point, but we must constructively learn from our past experience.
Your individual approach, to life’s daily obstacles, is the gateway to success or failure. Therefore, success is a matter of choice.
Building Positive Energy
In relation to what most of us see as possible – success is unlimited. When primal man first discovered fire, could he imagine the concept of a forge? When modern man discovered the forge, could he imagine sky scrappers?

We live in a stressful world. Most of us have to worry about work or school, family, finances, and health related issues. With all of this worry about, stress levels can make things seem ten times worse than they are. This is where meditation comes in. There are many types of meditation. Some of the trendiest are energy meditations.
With energy meditation, experts suggest that all things are made of energy. When you are doing a meditation like this, you are asked to think of everything in terms of energy. It is thought that negative energy is the main cause of all of our stress. This method gives us the chance to change negatives into positives.

Throughout the meditation, your goal is to cleanse the room of negative energy. You do this by imagining pure whit light encompassing every inch, and abolishing the darker colors.

Mediation is a great alternative to antidepressants, but it is not cure all. Individuals should always consult their doctors before taking them off of their medication. For a quick energy boost, however, energy meditations do a world of good. You will find yourself less bogged down by stressful baggage, and you will feel physically healthier as well. Why not give it a try? You’ll haven nothing to lose but negativity.
Happiness and Law of Attraction in fact have a strong correlation with each other. If you haven’t heard of the Law of Attraction, no problem. It’s very easy to understand, actually. It’s quite similar to positive thinking, and basically embodies the idea that if you want a positive life, your thoughts must be positive, too. So for example, you might say, ‘I am confident and beautiful,’ ‘I love people and they love me,’ ‘My choices are unlimited, and opportunities abound everywhere,’ and so on. Choose a few affirmations that encapsulate what you want to be, and say them throughout the day, every day.
This type of affirmation work is especially important when you don’t feel like doing it, by the way. The Law of Attraction works on this, too. If you become discouraged, frustrated, sad or angry, don’t worry about it, but change your attitude as soon as you recognize it and think of something positive. You’ll ultimately need to change the way you deal with life and banish negative thoughts in order to use the Law of Attraction to your best benefit and to be fulfilled in your life.
In fact, your mind is the only thing stopping you from having whatever you want. Do you think you can’t have abundance and happiness? Why not? Other people have it, right? If they have it, you can, too. Get off the ‘negative,’ and begin to dwell on the ‘positive.’
The key is to go with the flow. At any given moment, you must be completely convinced that there is positive energy flowing into your life in some way or another.
Once you begin to realize that the Law of Attraction and happiness are so interrelated, you’ll also see that things will begin to come together in your life.
If you are feeling bad, then you are going to be motivated in a negative way. You might end up listening to a depressing song, watching a depressing movie, and calling up some of your negative friends. Eventually, people who are negative subconsciously build a life of negative circumstances without even realizing it.
The wonderful thing is that you can remove bad luck from your life by using positive affirmations and law of attraction techniques. The worst thing you can do is give up. Continue to reassure yourself that you are the happiest person alive and watch the opportunities come pouring in!
People have been practicing the law of attraction for decades because it really works. Beneficial thoughts and law of attraction go hand in hand. Make it a point to say something positive each and every time you become frustrated, discouraged, angry, and sad. You need to flush out all of your previous negative beliefs and ways of thinking if you want to live a fulfilling life.
In fact, your mind is your only to limitation to having the life you want. Do you think you can’t live a life that’s happy and abundant? Why not? Other people have certainly done it. Dwelling on the negative is only going to get you more negative, so don’t do that.
In addition, learn to ‘go with the flow.’ That’s important because positive energy flows, and if you know this, it will flow in your life in one way or another.
If you’re feeling sad or depressed, that negativity will drive happiness away from you. And, if you dwell on it, you may end up wallowing in it by watching a depressing movie, hanging out with negative friends, and so on. If you stay in this state long enough, you’re going to build your life around negative circumstances without even realizing you’re doing so.
However, it works the other way, too. Your life can become more positive and happy if you use positive affirmations and focus on the Law of Attraction’s positive benefits. Above all, don’t give up. Continue to see yourself as someone who is happy and fulfilled, and you’ll see your life begin to change for the better — in fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if good things suddenly begin to pour in!

People who are highly clairvoyant have lives filled with light and joy. In order to begin enhancing your abilities, you must focus on ridding your life of negativity. There will always be an element of negativity in everyone’s life, but you can learn how to shut it out and turn it into something positive.
Doing so helps you block out negative thoughts that disrupt your inner sense of peace and contentment. As you consider your life today is it full of confusing turmoil?
