Free Remote Viewing – A Beginners Guide
Jan 2nd, 2010 by Dee Marie

You’re probably thinking that there’s nothing free anywhere, and you would be right, mostly. Remote viewing on the other hand, is free. Everyone on earth is given the ability to access free remote viewing. Whether they want to use it for fun, or if they want to use it to further themselves and their lives. It just takes a little bit of work.

There is a good chance that you have only heard of psychics using remote viewing up until this point, and there are a lot who do and who are very good at it. You might have assumed that remote viewing was something you had to be born with. Sadly, this is what most people think.

Each and every person has the ability to access their remote viewing abilities and become a remote viewer. The best part is that there are websites out there that will teach people how to utilize these powers. Problem is that many of them will charge a fee for you to access their content. With free remote viewing, there is no such issue.

Many people want to know why we never realized that we had this ability? As we grow, our parents or teachers tell us that visions, feelings, and anything related are simply imaginary. Over time they block out their abilities, and eventually deny that they ever existed in the first place.

The imagination is a wonderful thing. It has no limits, but it becomes limited and sometimes even stamped out before a child is able to realize it’s full potential. One thing that has been noted is that children begin to act out when they’re told to ‘stop imagining’.

Across a certain period of time, a person starts to worry themselves with the issues of the world. The things they worry about are limitless Needless to say though, the imagination is pushed by the wayside.

If you wish to take advantage of free remote viewing, then you will be glad to know that you can do it right inside your own house. A whole new world will open up to you once you master it. You’ll actually be able to tell the future, find things, read minds, and know where people are without being anywhere near them. There are many who will call this a psychic power, but in all actuality it is just an ability that humans have naturally.

What you’re trying to do with your free remote viewing is try to get in touch with yourself on a higher plane of existence. For the most part, this cause for mediation.

You can start by releasing your mind, and getting rid of the fast paced negative thoughts. Once you do this, you need to concentrate fully on one particular individual or place. The idea is to either watch the person or the place to see exactly what’s happening. If you chose a person then you will have a much easier time because you can just call them up. You’ll have trouble verifying anything else.

Free remote viewing practices should be done regularly as to enhance your abilities to their fullest potential. After you have taken the time to unleash your subconscious powers, you are going to notice that your life is filled with a sense of peace because you will feel whole.

As you spend some time trying to develop this natural skill, you will be able to connect with yourself on a level that you have never experienced before. Soon you will reach a new state of relaxation and awareness.

Using Manifestation Meditation To Achieve Your Goals.
Dec 25th, 2009 by Dee Marie

Success has never been as hungrily sought after as it is nowadays. It appears everyone wants to be successful at something and the fact that others are achieving their dreams makes them want success even more. But it doesn’t help to want success if you don’t know how to achieve it. Hard work and focus can only do little, but with manifestation meditation so much more can be attained.

Inasmuch as it is good to multi-task the brain gets easily confused with random thoughts. There is something about so many tasks that gets the mind unable to process all of them adequately. This phase of manifestation meditation is all about making your mind know what you wish for in a simplified manner.

Manifestation meditation starts and ends with certain processes. The very first step involves going to a quiet place like the beach in the morning. Once you’re in a quiet place think about what you really want from life. This is achieved by reflecting on your past and figuring out what worked best for you and what. You should then write that down on a neat piece of paper you will pin up on a wall somewhere in the house.

After deciding on your goal you should then detach yourself again and sit down to silence. Becoming relaxed helps to make your vision of success clearer than ever before. The mind works a whole lot better with silence and certainty; clogging your mind with random thoughts confuses the brain making it unable to manifest dreams in the exact manner you imagine them. Some people actually associate their success with an image or thought that fills them with compassion; the belief is that this burning passion has a powerful energy.

Once you’re relaxed and calm the next thing you should do is imagine your success. Be sure to eradicate any distracting thoughts that might offset your imagination. The vision you hold in your mind should be clear and you must think about that thought for the remaining period of your meditation.

To make the meditation more powerful you should clip out pictures associated with your vision of success. Cut out pictures of the car you want and attach them to your piece of paper. Another thing is that you must focus on your imagined success throughout your day as you take the necessary steps that will help you achieve your success.

How To Dream Lucidly Every Night
Dec 8th, 2009 by Dee Marie

Lucid Dreaming and Conscious Dreaming are one in the same. It is the awareness that you are in fact dreaming. In other words you are aware that what you are experiencing is occurring in a dream, while you are having the dream. Lucid dreaming allows you a particular amount of control that you do not have while dreaming normally.

Having control over your lucid dreams is an incredible experience. Everything which you thought you couldn’t keep from holding you back from your goals just falls before you and you have new found mental clarity, even when awake.

Can it be so simple? Yes – lucid dreaming really can make those things that in the waking hours seem impossibly difficult come to life in reality.

Luckily, it’s really not that hard to begin lucid dreaming, as long as you are determined to learn it. There are proven ways to help you access this ability and use your untapped mental power.

You need to know what you hope to achieve through lucid dreaming. Are you after something specific which can help you with other areas of your life, or do you just want to turn your dreams into a playpen of the imagination? Whatever your reason for wanting to learn lucid dreaming, know your goal and be determined to reach it.

But once you see clearly what your aim is, you can start the process of mastering lucid dreaming. Dream Recall is the first step. This is where you become able to remember, in detail, the dreams of your previous night’s sleep. Without Dream Recall, there can be no lucid dreaming.

Understand the process is slow. However, you can be successful by keeping a personal Dream Recall Register. You will begin by listing daily all the details you are able to recall about your dream. You will eventually realize that you can recall some of the most vivid details of your dream. Doing periodic reality checks, while you are in a dream state will aid you in training your mind for awareness.

Hypnosis has been used quite often to significantly reduce the time a person needs to train their subconscious mind to the point where they’re ready for lucid dreaming. Only one or two sessions of hypnosis may be all one needs to do the trick.

Now when you start trying to practice lucid dreaming, you could find that you suddenly awaken from a dream–and then you’ll find yourself able to recall that dream immediately. be All you need do at this point is relax and let yourself drift back to sleep, and you’ll be able to enter that same dream and pick up right where you left off. Upon waking, you will now know that you have the great power of lucid dreaming coming fully under your control.

You can also induce lucid dreaming by going back to sleep just a couple of hours after you get up in the morning. This type of dreaming can cause you to wonder if you were really dreaming or if you have somehow manifested your thought-forms into reality. Dreaming at this time is the closest you can get to actual lucid dreaming.

If you set your alarm clock, say, to go off at at 4AM when you aren’t getting up until 6AM, you can then wake up, turn off the alarm, go back to sleep for a couple of hours and have a strong lucid dreaming experience. Along these lines, knowing your own sleeping patterns enables you to figure out the very best times for you to do lucid dreaming.

Lucid dreaming can help people with insomnia and other sleep disorders. If you have trouble sleeping, just tell yourself “Sleeping equals lucid dreaming” and your subconscious mind will help you become free of the thoughts keeping you awake.

And now, modern advances in sonic technologies have enabled us to learn far faster and more easily how to experience the power of lucid dreaming.

One of the quickest and most efficient means of learning how to lucid dream is by listening to binaural audios.

Binaural audio recordings work in stereo; a different sound frequency is played in each ear at the same time, phasing the brainwaves correctly and inducing deep relaxation in the listener, opening them up to lucid dreaming.

Before this time the only way for you to learn how to lucid dream was to make use of meditation techniques that took several years to master with firmness and strength of mind power. However, many individuals felt it to be too difficult to continue, before this new technology became available.

When binaural sound waves and hypnosis are used for preparing the subconscious mind it is very possible for you to experience lucid dreaming sooner.

Lucid Dream Tactics
Jun 23rd, 2009 by Dee Marie

If you are unfamiliar with the term, a Lucid Dream is one in which you are aware that you are dreaming. Lucid, of course denotes consciousness. The extent to which you are lucid within your dream depends on how stable the dream is, how much of the dream you can recall upon waking and how much control you have over the course of the dream.

The most remarkable factor about the amazing Lucid Dream is the experience while dreaming. Just being able to identify and impact your dream is astounding. This means that you can direct your dream like a producer does a movie and you have no limits or budget dictating your creation.

Think about this for just a moment. A Lucid Dream seems real – it feels, looks, tastes and smells like reality; but with the difference that you know it’s all a dream and that no matter what you decide to do, you’ll be safe. This is truly a virtual reality experience which is far beyond the capabilities of any computer in existence today.

There is an increasing number of people who are trying out the possibilities of Lucid Dreaming for themselves. Most of us have a Lucid Dream at some point or another; but just think how amazing it would be if you were able to Lucid Dream any time you wanted!

A Lucid Dream offers you the chance to have any experience you can imagine. You can meet and hang out with your favorite celebrities and historical figures, have erotic experiences, visit other worlds, speak with a long lost loved one; anything at all! There are no limits other than your imagination.

The ability to Lucid Dream regularly is one which it once took a very long time to learn. Many would spend months in training before they were able to have their first Lucid Dream – and for some, Lucid Dreaming stayed just out of reach no matter how much they tried.

Some Simple Ideas that May Produce a Lucid Dream

Many people who have experienced a Lucid Dream swear by eating certain foods just prior to the dream. If you would like to try this they usually recommend orange juice, milk, cheese, and mustard. These seem to produce the best results.

Some other people have noted that pickles, ice cream, popcorn, and even fish have assisted them. These may not be as effective in aiding Lucid Dream occurrences. The idea that some people claim is that these foods containing high sugar, high fat, and even high acid content, prepare your brain for the session. They even claim that they prepare your brain to recall the Lucid Dream afterwards. The main issue is that these foods hamper the body and minds ability to produce restful sleep.

Assistant Technology

New technologies can make it somewhat easier to experience Lucid Dreaming. There are devices which can help to stimulate you to have Lucid Dreams such as eyeshades and sleep masks which activate a LED when rapid eye movements are detected. This light reminds you that you are dreaming; letting you take control of the dream!

Even more exciting devices are coming to the market. One of these is a piece of sound wave technology. This has opened up a new realm for those whom desire a Lucid Dream. The process involves playing a different sound wave in each ear. This process is known as binaural beats.

Binaural frequencies can synchronize the hemispheres of the brain; as you listen, your mind reaches the state of REM sleep; which is necessary fro Lucid Dreaming to occur.

If you have always wanted to experience Lucid Dreaming for yourself, binaural sound presents the quickest and easiest way to begin.

Do You Like The Idea Of Being A Lucid Dreamer?
May 14th, 2009 by Dee Marie

You have decided you want to be a lucid dreamer, otherwise known as a conscious dreamer. Knowing what you would like to do is good, the question remains on how do you accomplish this?

You may have heard that there are benefits to being a lucid dreamer/lucid dreaming. This is the case, but to get a clearer picture of what these benefits are, you need to take a look at what usually happens when you go to sleep.

Sleep itself is not so interesting; you get ready for bed, lie down and close your eyes. Then you may have uncontrolled dreams or not and several hours later you awaken.

Average sleep has a purpose it prepares our minds and bodies to carry out the duties of the next day. However, consider the idea of managing your dreams consciously.

What if you could be an active instead of passive participant in your dreams? What if you could take control of your dream instead of being controlled by it? Someone who has managed to become a lucid dreamer can do all of this – they are not bound by anything except for their imagination.

This sounds great, but how can you become a lucid dreamer? There are two ways to reach this state – one is by having a DLID, or dream initiated lucid dream. These are instances where the dreamer has taught themselves to recognize that they are having a dream and start to assert control over the direction of their dream.

The second way is having a wake-initiated lucid dream (WILD); where the dreamer goes from being awake, to being asleep with no change in consciousness. In other words, the dreamer enters their dream as if it were a door, rather than just “waking up” in a dream.

So what are the actual methods used to induce these two types of lucid dream experiences?

Dream Recall

One of the best ways to begin learning to become a lucid dreamer is by practicing dream recall. This is simply the ability to remember your dreams. When you remember your dreams and learn more about the commonalities which can be observed in your dreams, it is easier to recognize a dream and start to take control over the direction of it.

The way to practise dream recall is by keeping a dream journal. The dream journal is meant as a tool to write down anything you can remember about your dream, in order to recall it for the future. This should be done right after waking up; otherwise dreams will become harder to remember.

Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams (MILD)

This is a technique that was developed by Dr. Stephen LaBerge, one of the lead scientists studying lucid dreaming. The intent here is to simply tell yourself that you will remember something, like an object for example and then in the dream, when you see this object you will realize it is a dream.

Wake-Back-to-Bed (WBTB)

This simple process has you taking no action except to set an alarm that will waken you in less time than you normally sleep. For most of us about five or six hours will do it. After the alarm awakens you do not try to fall back to sleep. For about an hour you should read, watch TV or concentrate on lucid dreaming then go back to sleep.

According to Stephen LaBerge, there is a 60% success rate of this technique. The reason why is that you would have woken up during the process of sleep, meaning that your mind is not fully aware of this, and are still in the middle of REM cycle. So basically, it’s like going to your mind and telling it that you want to lucid dream.

Cycle Adjustment Technique

This was created by Daniel Love, and what it is, is setting your alarm to wake you up an hour and a half before your normal time. Once you’ve adjusted to waking up early, alternate your alarm to wake you up normally and early. During times you are to wake up normally, you’re body will already be ready to wake up early, and therefore, you will be likely to be awake in your dream.

Wake-initiation of Lucid Dreams (WILD)

This technique involves maintaining mental alertness even as your body shuts down for sleep. Think of it as if you are in a movies theater, with the film soon to begin; your closed eyelids are like the black screen just before the movie starts.

A number of ways to stay aware are counting, imagine climbing or descending stairs, chant, control your breathing, count your breaths, and concentrate on relaxing the body from their toes to head. (This all falls under the term ‘self hypnosis’.) It is best to do this when you are not tired, like in the afternoon.

Technology has moved on in recent years, and there are various devices like dreaming masks and other scientific appliances which contain such things as strobe lights to induce lucid dreams.

Definitely the easiest and most reliable way of inducing a lucid dream however is by listening to binaural beats sound frequencies via headphones.

The purpose is to synchronize both sides of the brain to create the REM frequency that is required for lucid dreaming.

Put all or many of these techniques together and you are ready to begin your journey into the wonderful world of lucid dreaming. It is a simple process that anyone can do.
