Telepathy How – Techniques to Develop Your Abilities
Jan 7th, 2010 by Dee Marie

Just like so many other psychic based phenomenon, telepathy is a skill many of us possess to some degree we just have no understanding of how to use it! Telepathy refers to the ability to communicate with others through mind power instead of using verbal communication. During the telepathy how to process transference of thoughts, feelings, emotions, ideas, sensations, and even mental imagery occurs.

Telepathy: How Is It Done? Many of us display small signs of telepathic ability without even realizing it. Horse whispers, have a heightened telepathic relationship with animals that allow them to know what they are thinking.

People, too, can practice telepathy with each other. For example, twins have a very close bond that often translates to telepathy. Have you ever seen twins “carry on” conversations without ever saying a word? It’s not entirely understood how they do this, but anyone with a very strong connection to another person can do just that as well. People who are very close to each other, like spouses, can sense when the other is in danger, in pain, or suffering, as just a few examples. This is telepathy, how can you develop this power?

Telepathy is often referred to as the sixth sense, making it possible that everyone has telepathy how to powers and can learn how to put these powers to use.

Oftentimes, people under stressful situations can actually tap into their telepathy even though they’ve never been formally trained in doing so. Regardless, though, it’s a good idea to actually practice telepathy, how to do it, when you’re calm. Test yourself during these peaceful situations, by getting a partner, like a relative or friend, to help you do this. One of the ways you can do this is to gather some small items are photos together, like rubber bands, pens, pencils, and then you and your partner should sit down facing away from each other in the same room, or use different rooms. Distractions should be nonexistent.

Now, with telepathy, how to do it, simply be absolutely “present” right now, in what you’re doing. Have one person send messages, and the other receive them. The sender of the information should take one of the objects in a time and concentrate on sending powerful mind pictures to the receiver. Besides the items you’ve collected, you can also simply think of strong emotions, pictures, words, colors, etc. Agree on a signal before you start doing the telepathic exercises.

While the sender should be concentrating, the receiver should keep their mind open and relaxed; this will allow them to connect with the signals being sent out. The receiver can write down whatever images or emotions they receive. Or the sender can choose to speak out loud after concentrating on each item to let the receiver know the signal has been sent, allowing the receiver to verbalize whatever message they receive.

This telepathy how to method works best when you have agreed beforehand on a specific signal. For example if you have agreed to only focus on colors, the receiver can simply say “blue” and the sender can respond “yes” or “no” before moving on to the next object.

When you’re first beginning to practice telepathy, start with just 10 minutes a session before you try to make them longer or more complex. Each session can be “mixed up” a bit by having each partner play the part of the sender and receiver for part of the time. As you become more advanced in your telepathic skills, you can make images, etc., more complex by moving onto playing cards, and then focusing on the card suit or the number displayed. As you continue to practice, keep a record of the sessions you’ve done so that you can see how much progress you’ve made in your telepathic ability development.

If you prefer to learn telepathy, how to do it, without using a partner, you certainly can. A beginner lesson might be simply to put out a signal to those you have a close mental or spiritual bond with so that the telepathic messages more likely to be received. Hold this person in your mind, and turn your energies to sending them a message or requesting that they take action on something.

You could focus on getting a family member to call you or planting the idea in the head of your spouse to bring home dessert. Don’t be surprised when the receiver suddenly calls home or alters their daily schedule because of your telepathic message.

Pets are also great ways to learn telepathy, how to master it, because animals are very intuitive and open to this type of process. See how quickly you can pick up on pets’ feelings, such as if your dog is hungry, ill, or uncomfortable.

Continuing in the mastery of telepathy, as you become more skilled, you can practice telepathic skills on people you don’t know well. One way to do this with telepathy, how to advance, is to focus on people you have only casual acquaintances with, like neighbors or coworkers. This next step should involve people you come in contact with regularly, but are not close with. Pay attention; you may simply notice, for example, that someone is experiencing intense emotion, and you may be able to “tap into” what that person is feeling and maybe even discern actual words or thoughts coming from people’s minds.

Is Mental Telepathy Real?
Jun 22nd, 2009 by Dee Marie

Mental telepathy‘ can be a broad term that encompasses numerous things. It typically means reading the thoughts between people without using normal senses. The difference is a huge between having an intuitive gut feeling and knowing information that could only be gathered by reading somebody’s mind. Very basic skills can be construed as mental telepathy but so can very complex. Different levels of mental telepathy can be summarized in this article.

NON-VERBAL COMMUNICATION

Whenever two people communicate without speaking, using body language or facial expressions instead, it is considered non-verbal communication or kinesics. Some people are able to communicate simple messages while others are able to communicate entire conversations using kinesics. You may have experienced this when giving looks to a cohort in a secret plan of action. Achieved easiest and most accurately between people who know each other well, kinesics involves knowing what the other person is thinking by non-verbal gestures or kinesics.

This may not count as mental telepathy, as the two people are using their senses to communicate, just not verbally and this is correct. However, mental telepathy plays a role, because their minds are more attuned to each other because of extended exposure to the way the others mind may think and some predictability comes into play, so there is a sort of mental connection. Two people that know each other well enough to understand more subtle body language, or have created nonverbal signals to communicate, might be argued that it is not be classified as mental telepathy.

EMOTIONAL TELEPATHY:

Empathy is the ability to recognize, perceive, or directly experience the emotions of others. Some people are very poor at this, and others are very good at this, being able to mentally ‘put themselves in another’s shoes’ and understand how they must be feeling. Empathy can be increased with training and practice. Actors, for example, are able to imitate the emotions of others, even to the point of being able to make themselves spontaneously laugh or cry.

Sympathetic pain or truly feeling the pain of the other person is often experienced by many. This can be particularly prevalent in mothers who even develop a fever when their children are sick. There are times when close friends or relatives actually feel the pain whether it’s emotional or physical or even mental of the other person. Then there is something known as long distance empathy which all of us have known and experienced at one time or the other. This happens when some one real close to us has problem or gets hurt or even is in danger and is somewhere else and we feel their pain and emotion.

Psychologists write off such empathetic phenomena as a simple trick of an overactive imagination. At the very least, they do have a point that other senses are being used. Would we be able to feel the sympathetic pain of a broken arm, for example, if we could not actually see the injury? This does not explain, however, the phenomena of long-distance empathy.

CONCRETE CONCEPTS

Thought transference of symbols, numbers, or names of objects between two minds is beyond the regular five senses in communication. A designated sender and receiver, intense concentration, training, and practice are often involved in this type of Mental telepathy, such as a mind reader or physic with a television audience, who is able to guess the names of loved ones or what card a person is holding in their hand.

The simpler the concept, the easier it is to communicate through thought alone. For example, a color or shape may be easier to convey than an animal.

Experiments in telepathy are often conducted on this level. The Zener cards used in tests of mental telepathy are simple, concrete black-and-white symbols (a circle, square, star, plus sign, and three wavy lines). On one hand, skeptics and critics of the Zener cards have pointed out that with only five cards to choose from, even a random guess has a 20% chance of being right. On the other hand, one could argue that a shared, known, limited set of concrete symbols increases the ability of the sender and receiver to coordinate their thoughts. Furthermore, although anyone can get a 20% success rate with enough guesses, a success rate of 50% or higher (which have happened) can not be explained away by simple statistics.

ABSTRACT COMMUNICATION:

Mental telepathy at this level involves abstract concepts like ideas or actions, which are more complex to communicate than colors and shapes. Telepaths rarely achieve this level, and lower success rates are indicated in experiments.

Telepathy shouldn’t be ruled out when it comes to animals that seem to communicate ideas to each other through non-verbal actions. Because animal brains lack prefrontal lobes, telepathy would probably not go beyond simplistic ideas such as hunger or danger signals, but many have seen two dogs look at each other and go running for an almost pre-decided location.

While humans may have once been capable of telepathy, as the species evolved and developed language, it was no longer needed as a form of communication. With the right stimulation humans may be able to call upon this dormant ability that includes abstract communication of ideas. Mental telepathy could be used to communicate, without the need for the use of the five senses.

If enough people can develop these powers, theoretically all humans in the future could use mental telepathy to communicate, according to some scientific beliefs.
