More and more people these days are starting to believe in the possibility of reincarnation. there are different techniques which we will discuss, such as past life regression that help you to recall your past lives; but it can get tricky trying to choose the method that best suits you.

The best way to start is to begin keeping a journal in which you write down anything which may be related to a past life or lives; your emotional response (especially fears which may seem irrational at first) to certain places or objects are especially important to write down here.

To help you remember your past lives you should begin your journal by describing yourself thoroughly. Write about your likes and your dislikes. Describe what food you enjoy, what phobias (if any) that you have. If you find that you feel a particular affinity with a time period in history, or with a certain culture or even climate, write about that as well. Do not forget to write about what your talents are, and what you enjoy doing. Even writing about animals that you feel drawn to, or perhaps afraid of, can prove useful. Describe your personality and if you experience things like deja vu. If you do, record your experiences when you have them.

Everyone has heard about individuals who claim they are psychic. As you drive down the street and notice the sign for your local psychic or you hear an advertisement for a psychic hotline, you may wonder if their powers are legitimate. If your mind starts to ponder this, you are not alone. Many people wonder if psychics are real. The truth is that psychic abilities are rare, but they can be developed by anyone who really wants to.

Many television and radio broadcasting shows will often feature a gifted psychic. Some of them may work on stage while traveling with live show and others may write books in order to share their gifts with the world.

Psychics are generally individuals who have perceptions that go beyond the normal five senses. Often you will hear this referred to as “second sight.” This “second sight” is where an individual is able to sense or see events, spirits, or objects. These psychic abilities can be truly fascinating, and they can be mysterious.

Each of us have these gifts; however many may think either you have them or you do not have them. This is not so, because many people allow their gift to lay dormant and do not develop them to their potential. It was earlier mentioned that many individuals question whether psychic abilities are real. Your Dental Health and Needs

This fictional character expresses the point of view of a patient with special dental needs:  

 I am an ortho patient – that is what my dentist tells me.  He suggests that I visit the hygienist regularly for my oral prophylaxis.  I have been too religious in doing so but I feel that it is so expensive for me to maintain regularly seeing the hygienist.  I feel that it sometimes becomes impractical.  Of course I know, I need extra care now that I am wearing fixed appliance in my mouth.  I can observe how my gums look inflamed after three months of not seeing my hygienist.  It made me realize that I still need to do home care to keep my gums healthy and my breath fresh all the time.

Sometimes I hate how my breath smells, it feels so dry and I have many sores.  I feel that it is beginning to be a burden to me and of course my orthodontist and hygienist.  I asked the patients, I am familiar with, at the dental office of my orthodontist which happens to be their orthodontist also. 

They suggested the use of oral irrigator since it would not be easy to use floss all the time.  It might just cause me to skip flossing and do nothing but brushing which we all know is not sufficient to clean the teeth at this time. 

They even suggested a mouthwash that is all-natural and chemical-free.  It is not harsh to the gums – it freshens as it cleans and prevents cavities.  Whoa!  What a relief?!  I have wanted something like this all my life.  I use floss but I could not stand it that I needed to do it on a daily basis.  It is time consuming and it makes my gums really sensitive.  It has been causing my gums to bleed endlessly.

Experience lucid Dreaming Today!

Lucid Dreaming, also known as conscious dreaming is the practice of remaining aware of oneself as well as the fact that one is dreaming while dreaming. While in a dream, you are conscious of the fact that the things you see and experience are only a dream. You can have some control over your dreams once you are able to practice lucid dreaming, unlike in ordinary dreams.

The power of having mastery over shaping the events of your own lucid dreams is part of the very definition of the metaphysical. All of the normal dream-time rules, like “timelessness”, “teleportation”, and so on still apply: so, step into an existence where your usual limitations have suddenly vanished without a trace.

Is lucid dreaming as straightforward as all that? Is lucid dreaming something which can be experienced by anyone?

As a matter of fact, lucid dreaming isn’t all that hard, as long as you have a burning desire to learn these amazing, tried and true techniques of expressing your innermost desires.

First, you must decide exactly what you want to accomplish here. Are you just trying to make your dreams a playground through lucid dreaming, or is there a specific goal which you are aiming to achieve through lucid dreaming? Whatever your reason, you should be clear and determined about it.

Once you have this, you can begin actually learning lucid dreaming. It begins with Dream Recall, or remembering a dream you had the night before. Only when you’re able to do this can you progress into learning actual lucid dreaming.

The process will be slow. However, you can achieve it by keeping a Dream Recall Register. Here you will list daily all the details you can recall about your dreams. Eventually, you do realize you can remember the most vivid of dream details. You can train your mind to be aware while you are dreaming by doing periodic reality checks.

For a lot of people, hypnosis helps them to prepare their mind for lucid dreaming much more quickly. Sometimes, as few as one or two sessions may be needed to get you being able to recall all of your dreams every day. Once you can do this, you are ready to begin trying lucid dreaming.

On occasion, you may suddenly find yourself wide awake during a lucid dream. However, you will easily be able to recall all the essential details of your dream with the power you have achieved thus far. You can simply relax and fall back asleep, while you continue in the desired direction in your dream. Upon awaking you will realize that you have experienced the power of conscious dreaming the previous night.

Another productive means for having lucid dreams is to go back to sleep for a few hours after you arise in the morning. These dreams will leave you wondering if they were really dreams or if you have self-styled your thoughts to manifest in form. These are the dreams that are closest to lucid dreaming.

Simply set your alarm to sound off a couple of hours before you normally awake. When your alarm goes off, wake up, switch it off and then go back to sleep to enjoy your lucid dreams. Keep in mind that it is very helpful to keep a record of your sleeping patterns to determine the best time for you to have lucid dreams.

You can actually fight off sleeping disorders such as insomnia by lucid dreaming. If you struggle for sleep during normal sleeping hours you can tell your mind that sleeping equals lucid dreaming. You mind will take care of your thoughts that might prevent you from going to sleep.

Lucid dreaming used to be something which took a very long time to learn. Recent technological advances, particularly in the field of audio technology have made lucid dreaming something which anyone can easily accomplish.

One of the quickest and most reliable methods of inducing lucid dreaming is to listen to binaural beats audio.
