Shape Your Future With Past Life

The idea of reincarnation ? that you had a past life, or several – is an ancient one, and one that is found on every corner of the earth: Japanese, Australian aborigines, Africans, modern Wiccans and many other New Age religions, all believe that you have past lives, and that your past lives influence who and what you are today.

Health, mental wellbeing, and social interactions can be linked to past life experiences, accumulating through each past life. By finding out about who you were in a past life, you may be able to better understand your fears, weaknesses and strengths to make you a stronger and better person in your present life, as well as future lives.

How would you determine your past life? It may be impossible to know about your past lives but sometimes, people have some dreams that kept on bothering them or some unclear recollection of the past memories and interaction with other unfamiliar people. Those who strongly believed the reincarnation consider different happenings in their present life to be an effect of past life. Some indications are:

* Deeper interest and appeal to certain culture or behavior that has no interpretation or no explanation as to the present life. You may notice that you are a great fan of a specific tradition or arts maybe it is because of the past life that you were engaged into before. To get further explanation about these mysteries, know what other culture or arts you are interested in this present life. It may lead you to what you were in the past life.

* Abnormally strong emotions about some incident in history ? if, for instance, you tear up when you look at Washington Crossing the Delaware but not at any other revolutionary art, you may have been involved in that incident in a past life.

* Irrational fears that were not triggered by some incident in your childhood, and possibly allergies as well. Psychological and certain physical issues may be linked to a past life.

This is by no means an exhaustive list, and just the fact that you have one of these indicators does not mean you are remembering a past life. Look for patterns in your life, ranges of things that attract you for no good reason, and you may start to home in on similarities that will help you piece together an idea of what your past life or lives may have been.

It is possible to access your past life or lives with self-hypnosis or by being hypnotized by someone else. There are specialists past life regression therapists who are well worth a visit to. A past life regression is a form of deep hypnotic remembering that can get to those memories of past lives that subconsciously are there.

If you decide to use self hypnosis to access your past life yourself, look for a technique that doubles as a deep relaxation method. Try to work with this technique for a while before using it for your regression.

Self hypnosis and past life regression is relatively safe because they are much like a dream or nightmare that you wake up from and have some feelings about, but no other consequences. Since you will not recall the past life experiences as vividly as present life, there is not much to worry about. Feelings from a past life can help you understand how you think and act on things today.

As you begin to recall the past life memories, you will be able to distinguish the good ones from the bad ones through the after-results. Good memories usually trigger good feelings while bad memories irritate your feelings causing you to feel bad. When you wake up, you will notice that it feels like you just had a bad dream. This means that you had a bad life in the past. Do not think that recalling unpleasant memories are bad for you; this is actually your key to know your past life.

You also have to realize that you have to undergo this kind of experience for you to be able to start your life positively. The recollection of negative incidences of your past life is only a small portion of the process. Once you are through with this life regression and you have learned to accept and understand the life you have been through in the past, you will be free to move on and make your current life better.

There is a theory of ?Karma? which says that, if we were good people in one life, and committed kind and positive acts, then we will have ?good Karma? and subsequently, we will receive ?good? in all future lives – unless we change and become ?bad? people! If that happens, personal Karma changes and negative events will hound us throughout future lives until we have suffered enough to atone and revert back to being a ?good soul?.

This interpretation causes confusion with many people that believe we are not punished in future lives or destined to live that way forever. They think that each new life is to do the things over again, that we may not have done right before. Memories from a previous life are meant to allow you to live in the present, once you have acknowledged them, recognized them and learned from them.
