Can You Benefit From Knowing About Your Past Life?

Reincarnation is a concept that has been found in almost all the across the world from Japan to Australia. So, whether it’s the Wiccans or the new and the old religions every body believes they have had a past life. Many believe we have had many past lives and they have a great influence on our present ones.

Each past life influences our health, mental wellbeing and our social interactions. It is a good idea to know thyself to understand who we were in a past life, to settle the mischievous nature that may in surplus from the past life and to incorporate all the accumulated strengths in order to become a stronger person today and in any future lives.

How would you determine your past life? It may be impossible to know about your past lives but sometimes, people have some dreams that kept on bothering them or some unclear recollection of the past memories and interaction with other unfamiliar people. Those who strongly believed the reincarnation consider different happenings in their present life to be an effect of past life. Some indications are:

* You may be fascinated or strongly attracted to a culture which you have had no exposure to and which does not feature anywhere in your present life. For example if you are unreasonably attracted to the Mesopotamian era and fascinated by the art in that period then there may be a possibility that you have a connection with that place. Try to learn more about the culture to know specifically what attracts you. If you can narrow down the time period then you may get a good hint.

* Unusually strong emotions concerning a historical incident, for example, may cause you to become misty eyed, such as looking at Washington Crossing the Delaware but not at any other revolutionary art, may indicate that you were involved in such a past life incident.

* Certain physical or psychological issues and problems that you cannot explain or give logical reasons for its existence may be linked to what your past life was.

This is of course, not an extensive list. Having such indicators does not mean that you are actually remembering a past life. Observe the patterns of your life, the range of things that you find attractive for some reason. You may be able to tune into some of the likenesses that can aid you in piecing the idea of what your past life or lives may have been like to live.

If you really want to uncover the mysteries of your past life there are different possible ways that you can do. Try the assistance of hypnotism. You can use self-hypnosis or you can ask someone expert in hypnotism to hypnotize you so you can explore your past life. There are more hypnotists that specializes in past life regression. This is a special form of hypnotism which applies deep hypnotic techniques to help people like you to remember and recall the past life.

You may want to consider using the hypnotic techniques that has a relaxation effect, once you made your decision about hypnotism. Allow your self to be comfortable and relaxed for a while before you proceed to past life regression.

If you are hesitant to use hypnotism because you are thinking of your safety, there is actually nothing to worry about. Hypnotic techniques will only help you to go back in time when your past life happened. But it will not guarantee you a clear picture of what or who you are in the past, just a mere shadow of your past life.

As you begin to recall the past life memories, you will be able to distinguish the good ones from the bad ones through the after-results. Good memories usually trigger good feelings while bad memories irritate your feelings causing you to feel bad. When you wake up, you will notice that it feels like you just had a bad dream. This means that you had a bad life in the past. Do not think that recalling unpleasant memories are bad for you; this is actually your key to know your past life.

What is important is remembering a past life. Once you remember, you are able to move on in this life. Problems occur when there is subconscious suppression of these memories. Acknowledging and accepting what happened in the past can aid you, while experiencing you present life with an entirely different point of view.

In relation to this, the theory of Karma says that those people who lived their past lives in such a good and kind way and have done acts of kindness in the past, they will surely have good Karma in this present life as long as they remained kind and good. But this Karma may possibly change if you turned yourself into a bad person. Instead of good karma, bad karma will definitely follow you in this present life even if you were kind and good in the past.

Some people were confused of this idea. They thought that the negative past life made them deserving of bad present life. This is actually not true. Every new life is a chance to make your life better and it?s up to you if you will choose to live your life the good way.
